Refund Policy

72-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If DivorceWise is not the right fit for you, request a full refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

One-Time Refund

The 72-hour guarantee applies to your first DivorceWise purchase only. It is a one-time refund. If you previously received a refund and repurchase later, the new purchase is not eligible for an additional refund.

Upgrades Included in Refund

If you upgraded (for example, Essential → Strategic Advantage) within the 72-hour window, requesting a refund refunds every charge on your account — initial purchase plus upgrade — and revokes all access. We do not issue partial refunds. The 72-hour window does not reset or extend when you upgrade.

How Refunds Are Processed

  1. Automatic: If you are within the 72-hour window, use the Request automatic refund button above. The refund is issued instantly to your original payment method.
  2. Manual backup: Email info@divorcewise.co from the email tied to your account if the button is unavailable. Include your name, purchase date, and last 4 digits of the card used.
  3. Bank processing: Approved refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, access to paid tools is revoked. You may continue to use any free assessment features.
