The 72-hour guarantee applies to your first DivorceWise purchase only. It is a one-time refund. If you previously received a refund and repurchase later, the new purchase is not eligible for an additional refund.
If you upgraded (for example, Essential → Strategic Advantage) within the 72-hour window, requesting a refund refunds every charge on your account — initial purchase plus upgrade — and revokes all access. We do not issue partial refunds. The 72-hour window does not reset or extend when you upgrade.
Once a refund is processed, access to paid tools is revoked. You may continue to use any free assessment features.
