DivorceWise is an organizational and planning tool designed to help individuals prepare for divorce proceedings. DivorceWise is operated by Salt Rose LLC, and payments made through this site are billed by and appear on your statement as Salt Rose LLC. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or any services that constitute the practice of law. By accessing or using DivorceWise, you agree to these Terms of Service.
All content, tools, checklists, and generated materials are for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing on DivorceWise creates an attorney-client relationship. Always consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction for legal advice tailored to your situation.
DivorceWise is a one-time purchase product. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to the tools included in your selected tier. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or auto-renewals.
If you are not satisfied with DivorceWise for any reason, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase. This is a one-time refund and applies only to your first DivorceWise purchase.
If you upgraded during the 72-hour window, requesting a refund refunds every charge on your account — initial purchase and upgrade — and revokes all access. Partial refunds are not offered. The 72-hour window is measured from your initial purchase and does not reset when you upgrade.
Refund request process:
Refund eligibility expires 72 hours after the initial purchase transaction timestamp. A live countdown is available on the Refund Policy page.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, assessment history, and saved data and cannot be undone.
Data retention. Raw assessment answers are automatically purged after 30 days. Your computed readiness score and tier result are retained so your dashboard stays current. Tool data (checklists, inventories, notes, and uploads) persists until you delete your account.
DivorceWise and its operators are not liable for any outcomes, legal or otherwise, resulting from the use of our platform. Your use of DivorceWise is at your sole risk.
While Salt Rose LLC takes commercially reasonable measures to protect user data, you acknowledge that no online platform can be completely secure. Salt Rose LLC and DivorceWise are not liable for any unauthorized access to, loss of, or exposure of your data, including but not limited to data breaches, hacking incidents, cyberattacks, server failures, or security lapses by third-party service providers. By using DivorceWise, you expressly agree to assume the risk of any such incident and waive any claims against Salt Rose LLC and DivorceWise arising from or related to a data breach or security incident.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
